The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for vertical strapping of wooden panels.

The package is conveyed by the conveyor system to the strapping machine area.

The lower belt channel (designed as a fixed channel or extendable lance) closes the belt guide around the package. The strapping is fed through the strap channel and the strapping unit mounted on top moves to the package to form the seal.

To apply additional straps, the package is either repositioned by the conveyor system in the strapping machine (stationary version) or the strapping machine itself moves to the next strapping position (movable version). A double-head version is available for applying 2 straps at the same time.

TITAN offers these strapping machines with different strapping units for different types of closures and strap qualities.

In addition, edge protection can be applied during the strapping process or cover sheets etc. can be attached. Squared timber can also be fed in from a magazine. A pressing device acting from above or from the side can be integrated.
