The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for vertical strapping of wire bundles through the eye. The machine is integrated into an on-site wire coil press.

With the eye vertical, the wire bundle is fed into the bundle press and pressed there.

The strap channel with the strapping head moves to the strapping position. The vertical lance and the bottom mounted lance close the belt guide. The strapping is guided through the strap channel and the strapping unit mounted on the side moves to the wire bundle to form the closure.

TITAN offers this strapping machine with different strapping units for the use of different strap qualities in one machine. In this case, the appropriate strapping head must be selected. Only one strap is applied per cycle.

A label feeder can also be integrated.
