With the coil eye horizontal and parallel to the transport direction, the coil is conveyed from the conveyor system to the area of ​​the strapping machine and centered.

The tape frame with the strapping unit adjusts itself to the corresponding coil height. The swivel arms close the strip guide through the coil eye. The strapping is fed through the strap channel and the strapping unit mounted on the side moves to the coil to form the seal.

Floor rollers in the coil storage turn the coil into the next strapping position. TITAN offers these strapping machines with different strapping units for different types of closures and strap qualities.

In addition, coil savers can be attached during the strapping process. A marker or label feeder can be integrated to mark the coils.
