The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for vertical strapping of profile bundles.

The bundle is conveyed by the conveyor system to the area of ​​the strapping machine.

The strapping is fed through the strap channel and the strapping unit mounted above moves to the bundle to form the closure.

To create additional straps, the bundle is either repositioned by the conveyor system in the strapping machine (stationary version) or the strapping machine itself moves to the next strapping position (movable version). The machines can be set up in a row one behind the other so that several strappings can be applied at the same time.

TITAN offers these strapping machines with different strapping units for different types of closures and strap qualities. A label feeder can also be integrated.
