Strip packaging systems are our best selling products. They are combined with slitters, to produce strip by cutting coils longitudinally
The packaging lines remove each strip, perform radial strapping, and stack the products in an orderly manner.
The resulting strip stacks can then be expelled, strapped to pallets, packaged, weighed, and labelled.
Coil Packaging Line
The coil packaging islands are systems composed of multiple stations, one for each operation. A walking beam transfers the coils from one packaging stage to the next. The processes include.
- circumferential strapping
- radial strapping
- application of stretch film or paper on the outer and inner surfaces of the coil
- application of plastic, cardboard or metal corner protectors on the outer and/or inner diameter
- in-line metal box
Packaging Lines
Modular and flexible packaging lines and a comprehensive range of accessories to meet the needs of companies.
The packaging lines receive stacked packs from the stacker and transfer them to downstream processes. Based on you requirements, packs can be stacked, pallet coupled, paper and nylon packed, strapped, weighed, labelled and finally removed.
PROMEC packaging lines are modular and flexible. Also, by virtue of a wide range of accessories, they can be assembled in different layouts, allowing them to resolve even the most complex packaging requirements
Sheet Steel Stackers
PROMEC sheet steel stackers are installed in conjunction with flattening lines. This combination makes it possible to stack flattened steel sheets to create perfectly squared packs.
PROMEC designs and builds several sheet steel stacker models: magnetic stackers, mechanical stackers, stop and non-stop versions, with single, double, or triple boxes.
