The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of split strap rings through the ring eye.
With the coil eye vertical, the coil is fed into the area of the strapping machine and centered on a turntable.
The strap frame with the strapping unit adjusts itself to the inside diameter of the split strap ring. The vertical lance moves through the ring eye and closes the sliver guide. The strapping is fed through the strap channel and the strapping head mounted on top moves to the ring to form the seal.
To apply further strapping, the ring is rotated by the rotary table into the next strapping position.
