The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of slit strip ring stacks on squared timber or pallets or without any base.

The stacked rings are conveyed by the conveyor system to the strapping machine area and centered.

The strapping frame with the strapping unit is adjusted to the inner diameter of the ring and the stacking height. The vertical and horizontal lances close the sliver guide through the center of the stack. After the appropriate height positioning, the strapping is guided through the strap channel and the strapping unit mounted above moves to the stack of rings to form the seal.

To apply further strapping, the stack of rings is turned into the next strapping position. TITAN offers these strapping machines with different strapping units for different types of closures and strap qualities.
